3. Products
All products are handmade, and as such, variations in colour, design, or scent strength may occur. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but we do not guarantee that colours or packaging will be identical to those shown.
4. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure checkout.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to third-party couriers or events beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and at the customer’s expense unless faulty. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Allergies & Safety
Please read the product descriptions and safety information carefully before use. We cannot be held liable for allergic reactions or misuse of products. Always follow CLP labelling and safety guidance provided.
