SHIPPING POLICY
Dispatch Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days from the date the order is placed. Please note that during busy periods (e.g., holidays, sales, or new product launches), dispatch times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to communicate any significant delays.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We currently offer delivery within the UK. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We use reliable third-party couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD, depending on the size and value of your order.

Delivery Address
Please ensure that all delivery information provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your expense.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier may leave a calling card or deliver your parcel to a neighbour or a local collection point. If the parcel is returned to us after multiple delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at [your email address], and we will investigate. Lost parcels will only be considered for replacement or refund after the appropriate time frame has passed based on the courier’s lost parcel policy.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Please include photographs of the damaged items and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly. We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are currently only able to ship orders within the UK.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Change of Mind / Unwanted Items
If you’ve changed your mind about a product, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
To resolve the issue, we may request the following:

Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund. We may ask for the item to be returned to us, in which case return postage will be covered.
Incorrect Items Received
If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent out and, where necessary, will cover return shipping costs for the incorrect item.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Exclusions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used items, or items where packaging has been opened, unless the product is faulty.
